Another possible 15.17 bug on MS120 switches

Hey just reporting here:
A customer of mine had been updating all his sites' switches to the newest version.

In one location we had a MS120-24P and a MS120-8LP that no longer want to connect to dashboard after upgrade.

- Both switches still forward packets according to their previously saved config

- Both switches alternate between orange and white led over 30 seconds

- Both switches still send ICMP's en DNS's as their uplink monitoring

- Both switches don't make any effort to connect to the dashboard (in the local status page you can see the updated IP address even if you change it but it keeps showing "make sure TCP port 443 is reachable to the internet" but they don't alternate between looking for ethernet, looking for internet and looking for cloud connection states

- Fact defaulting does not help, even multiple times, also power cutting does not help either.

- Local status page is no longer reachable via http://1.1.1.100, only the management port on the MS120-24P was still reachable.

I think that is what he means by "Fact defaulting".

I did wonder that. Sounds like an RMA to me then 😬
