ACL for IPV4 is not available

I'm trying to add a simple ACL rule and I get an error message that the source and destination must be IPV6.  My network is an IPV4.  Here is a screenshot of the rule and error message. Screen Shot 2021-08-02 at 6.27.24 PM.pngAny idea how can I add an IPV4 rule?

Thank you.

i was going to suggest the same. almost all the switches were on ancient firmware from 2017 and that's likely the issue.

No.  There are no trailing spaces before the subnet.  I just heard from Meraki support that I need to upgrade the switch firmware.  I hope this fixes the issue.
