What smart cameras are you using

I need to get some new smart cameras (must be wireless, I can't run cables). I have had Arlo Pro 2s in the past and was generally happy but the cost for 4 cameras was a bit much in the end (I think the plans have changed now though so might not be so bad?).

I really want a system that has local storage as well as cloud based with notifications, that integrates with Google Home and has a web viewer as well (web viewer is not a deal breaker). An easy way to download clips to PC as well would be preferable as well as optional 24hr recording. Something with it's own hub as well so I don't have my WiFi network clogged up with cameras.

1 x Doorbell Camera

1 or 2 Outdoor Cameras

2 Indoor Cameras

Any suggestions, recommendations or notes?

Meraki cameras can be wireless if you power them via a PoE injector.

Based on what you describe, I would say Meraki is not a good fit for your scenario.

I agree with @EJN It sounds like you are looking at devices for a home and to be honest Meraki cameras are most likely to expensive for the average home user.
