Not receiving camera offline alert to the webhook registered at the network level under a given org

I have configured a web hook under Network-wide-> Alerts->Web hooks

I even enabled Camera goes offline alert under alerts settings.

Now I disconnected the camera for 10 minutes and started monitoring the web hook.

I have not received any alert in the web hook.

Am I missing something here?

As well as creating the webhook, you have to add it as a recipient:

 If you've done this, I'd raise a case

I added the webhook as the recipient and started receiving the alert.
