Meraki Camera Replacement Parts

Does anyone know or have a place to purchase replacement parts for the Meraki MV cameras (ie covers, back plates, etc)? Every site that I go to either is out of stock or says the product is end of its life and no longer available. Odd that the cameras would still be selling but you are not able to find any replacement parts. Does anyone know if the MV 12W and other models are being replaced with a newer or different camera?

I don't believe Meraki officially offers replacement parts. If the camera has an issue contact support and arrange an RMA.

If the camera has been damaged then you are most likely on your own.

The camera is fine. Just need some replacement covers for some cameras in the gym areas of one of my schools.

Not sure if you'll find what your searching for but worth a look anyway.

The MV12W recreplamcent part kits is MA-MNT-MV-61. However, that appears to have gone end of sale now. But resellers might still have some if you search around.

As for newer camera models the MV13 would be the gen 3 successor to the gen 2 MV12.

Also, not sure what damage you've experienced on the MV12. But, if these are going into a gym you may want to consider more rugged models like the MV63/73/93. They would be more resistant to things that could happen in a gym.

You could look at having cages installed around the cameras although this could affect the view.
