MV Cameras

Having issues with MV 13 image pixelization.  This only happens when there is lots of activity like a crowd walking down the hall.  When our students change classes, the image gets pixelated terribly.  Individual people walking down. The hall is fine no way you can zoom the image.  I've changed the video quality from standard to mid range to ultra ultra seems to be the best but still is not very good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What are the frame rate, bit rate, and resolution settings on your cameras?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the frame rate is based on video quality and resolution.

Is the pixelation happening in the live feed, exported footage or both?

Also what firmware are you running and what speed and duplex is the connection to the switch, or is it wireless
