Created 2.4GHZ on miraki but still not able to connect with WIFI camera

I have CP Plus 35Q camera and it says that it needs 2.4GHZ connection to connect. I created a new 2.4 GHZ connection on miraki. I am not to connect with other broadband connections but when i connect with miraki. I am not able to bring wifi camera online. It is not showing on my mobile, while connecting with other connections, i am able to connect.

What type of authentication are you using (802.1x, psk, etc.)? Are you using WPA2 or WPA3?

Please send a screenshot of your SSID configuration.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
