MV Camera Issues - Delay and Video Wall Disconnection
Hi,
I am experiencing two issues with my MV cameras:
- There is a 5-second delay in the video feed on my Video Wall. I have a mix of MV63 and MV93 cameras. Is there e solution?
- Is there a way it does NOT automatically disconnect the Video Wall every hour?
Thank you for your assistance.

@MauroF the delay is often greater, achieving a 5 second delay is actually on the good side. I know this doesn't help you, but the camera is sending you a recorded stream, it isn't like a traditional IP CCTV system where you can hook into the raw camera feed.

On the delay, it would also be dependent on the method of streaming (direct LAN versus cloud-proxy) that is in use, as HLS cloud-proxy streaming via the browser is acknowledged to have delays similar to those stated.
Alternatively, a review of external RTSP streaming could be good to test, to see if that makes any difference in the viewing experience.

It shouldn't disconnect the video wall every hour. Try checking the idle timeout configuration.

If you use the Vision Portal and put it into Fullscreen mode that bypasses the global timeout setting.
