Is the MV12W-HW model distributed in Mexico?

I am proposing the MV12W-HW camera model to a client but several colleagues tell me that the distribution of this camera model is not allowed here in Mexico.
Will you have any answer about this?

On a different topic, the MV12-HW has pretty much been replaced by the MV13.
