New Magnet for the MT20 Door Sensor

Can you buy JUST the magnet part for the Door sensor.   Customer has broken the magnet side of the sensor and needs a new one

Hey @CharlieCrackle, I couldn't find an orderable SKU for the magnet, unfortunately.

However, I would recommend opening a Support Case so the relevant Support Engineer can contact the MT team to determine if there's a possibility to ship out just the accessories kit. Can't guarantee anything, but worth a shot.

Tell support there are no glowing LEDs on the magnet and that it will not power on.  😂

We do not have a seperate accessory kit for a MT20 unfortunately.  A support case is your best route for finding a fix for your issue here.
