The deal registration process doesn't work in CCW as described below.  No incentives are added and I can't progess any further.

This is a deal reg for 4 x MT10's and associated licences.  This isn't a user error.  I've gone direct to our distributor to quote to see if the discounts are applied there.

Distribution also hit the same issue with the deal-reg process so this has been escalated to the customers aligned AM.

@DarrenOC Thanks for sharing. I'll have this looked at right away. Just to clarify, your order only included four MT10s and four 1yr licenses. Correct?

HI @David-H , the customer requires 4 x MT10's and 5 year licensing.  The licence term shouldn't conflict here if ordering qty 4?

@DarrenOC Unfortunately 1 year licenses must be purchased for the promotional pricing to apply. The promotion is designed to lower the cost barrier for customers who want to test out the MT sensors and therefore only applies to the one year license.

That 1-year licence restriction is enough to prevent me from marketing it to an existing Meraki customer because it will suck down there co-termination date.

@Michal_Gurbski the promo is automatically applied when you create a deal in CCW with 4 MT sensors and 4 licenses. Please note that all annual license terms are now applicable for the promo.
