MT 10 sensors offline after installation

Hey guys,

bought new MT10. First one set up yesterday and was online a couple of minutes (not long enough to show a graph).

Then it went offline and is offline since 17hours.

MR42E with Firmware 28.6 in use.

As far as I saw, RSSI must be under 85 to get a connection, which is the case:

Already placed the MT directly next to a MR, no connection.

Any idea?

omg...

This appears to match the behavior of a previously known issue that should have been resolved in the firmware version that the AP is currently running - with that in mind, I am going to collect some information on the backend and submit the information to the development team for further investigation/

Thanks for sharing supports reply, hopefully the issue is fixed soon but not a good look when deploying a product for the first time.
