to propose MX64 as solution

i have a set of requirement
2 Internet link
that need to be shared with 6 meeting room for MS Team Room setup
I would like to know if MX64 is suitable for me to propose as solution
for Internet redundancy and load balancing.

the LAN port may not enough, that can be connect to switch.
What if 3 Internet link ? still can ?

On the MX (any model) you can only have two internet-links, more is not possible. To have an internal switch is a typical scenario and works. The MX64 should work here, but I would always prefer the MX67 over the MX64. It's only slightly more expensive but gives you more throughput for future enhancements.

I would go with an MX68 instead.

It has dual Internet ports - ready for you just to plug your two circuits into (provided they have an Ethernet presentation).

It has a built-in 10 port LAN switch (two of which are PoE), so might be enough on its own to plug in 6 meeting rooms.

Oh yes, the MX68 could be the better solution in this scenario.

without it , basic function wont work ?

All Meraki devices need a license, otherwise they don’t work. With the MX all devices in your organisation all need to be at the same level, descriptions of the license levels can be found here, https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Meraki_MX_Security_and_SD-WAN_Lice...
