meraki mx port channel

can i add 2 ports of meraki to same switch same as we do port channel ?

Mx does not support lacp.

You can connect 2 links to a switch, but the switch need to run a kind of stp on the ports

and make sure the mx ports have the same native vlan

if the 2 ports in the switch are configured as port channel we should also allow stp ?

Just separate ports,no channel

And the switch need to talk stp on those ports (mx also does not participate  in stp)
