Zoom Phones

I have a dedicated VLAN for Zoom phones and I have created firewall policy to allow some ports based on the https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060548 but still we are getting not connected to Zoom phone server error. Ports allowed from the VLAN as source and ports (80,443,390,5091,8801-8810,3478,3479. Is there any document showing how to configure Zoom phones.

That link does not work for me.

 

Have you tried using the live firewall log tool on one of the Zoom room IP addresses?

I just edited the link to help out Rahul - it had an extra quotation mark at the end that was messing it up. Should work now!
