Do you have any other clients connected via the MX having the same issue?
I’ve had this in the past, Windows 10 machine going out via an MX64. From memory the issue cleared when I switched DNS. I was initially using the upstream providers DNS then moved to Google DNS. Now using Umbrella.
Are both (I assume) DNS servers reachable?
