Two MX64's but different config menus....

So I am dealing with two MX64's that are on different networks but under the same organisation. Both have advanced licensing and are on combined networks. One of the devices does not give me the option to configure a splash page or access control, the options are simply not there to select.

I doubt this is normal so I have opened a case BUT in case it is normal I thought I would ask here as well. If anyone has any ideas I would very much appreciate their help.

Thanks!

You can't use splash pages if you have Active Directory integration turned on.  Have you by chance got Active Directory integration enabled?
