Friends, how or where can I get a list of the supported appliances per region (or countries) of the world?  And it possible to get a view or roadmap of what will be supported in the future?

Are you a partner or end user?  Partners have access to various info through a partner portal.  If you are an end user you should probably get in touch with your favorite Cisco reseller and they can help you.  

I know for example, the partner portal has a searchable matrix of what products are order able in which regions. As far roadmap for the future that is somewhat confidential and shared regularly via partner webinars, etc.
