Everyone client we're clicking on across an entire network is coming up with the error code - Sorry, we couldn't find that client. Please go back and try again.

I've searched the forums and found a post from last year, is this a issue with the dashboard or something with the Meraki kit?

MX85 running MX19.1.10 firmware.

What is your client tracking mode set at/to?  Do you have L3 switches in the equation?

Client tracking mode set to the Unique Client Identifier.  Layer3 switches are a stacked pair of C9300X-24HXs running firmware CS17.2.2.

Everything was fine yesterday and no changes have been made since the issue happened.  It also looks like all of our networks are affected rather than just the one.

New MX 19.1.11 stable firmware appears to be the current stable release if you want to consider upgrading.

This release has some stability improvements for MX75 and MX85 appliances.

This option is a beta feature so I would contact support as already mentioned. You could confirm it is this by changing back to MAC address and see if everything comes right.
