Setup Pitney Bowes DA70S Addressing Printer using static IP port 5100
Hi all,
I was stuck in setup printer pitney bowes DA70S in my office.
My office use MX80 and switch MS220.
I have configure the printer with static IP 10.xx.xx.25, port 5100, gateway 10.xx.xx.01, submask 255.xxx.xxx.xxx
This printer connect to our LAN network
I can ping to those IP from my laptop through wireless and network, but I can do print on those printer.
Other printers like HP no issue, just setup static IP then on client pc/laptop just setup the assign static IP then select the correct printer driver after that all done and worked fine. Don't need to touch MX80 and MS220.
But for this Pitney printer, I was stuck for many days wasted just to find the correct configuration and solution.
I worried about the port 5100 that assigned from the Pitney printer.
Please help and much appreciate for any suggestion or solution from you all.

Hi,
I am not sure if this is a networking issue.
One idea is to "Whitelist" the printer and try to printing.
(Network-wide->Clients->[Select the printer]->Click on "Policy" Drop Down->Select Whitelisted)

You'll need to contact the people you got the printer from for support.
