Getting noticed

SNMP

We’re trying to set up SNMP polling using version 3 on our Meraki MX100. SNMPv3 is already configured and enabled in the dashboard, but we’re unable to get polling to work seems like the firewall is blocking it. Has anyone successfully configured SNMPv3 polling on the MX100? Are there any specific firewall rules or limitations I should be aware of? Also, if there's any official documentation on SNMPv3 support and configuration for the MX series, please share.

I would recommend to double check all the configurations as per the document.

There are no specific firewall rules or limitations. If you are polling from outside, please refer here: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Monitoring_and_Reporting/SNMP_Overview_and_C...

Also, if it still does not work as expected, you can always open up a case with Support and we would be happy to help. 🙂
