SHOW BLOCK MESSAGE WHEN USERS TRY TO OPEN A RESTRICTED APP OR WEB.

Hi everybody, 

Currently I have restricted sites with the "content filtering" of meraki, I have done the tests and everything works correctly, the restricted sites do not open but I would like to know if there is a way to configure an alert that is shown to the client as "THIS CONTENT IS BLOCKED BY THE COMPANY", I know that there is a way to do it with the OPEN DNS of cisco, but I would like to know if there is a way to display this message without having to configure the OPEN DNS.

This isn’t possible.  We’ve only achieved this by using the Blocking page within Cisco Umbrella

Normally this is the case because most traffic these days is HTTPS and therefore block pages are almost a thing of the past.
