Still learning the reigns of networking/traffic shaping.

can you Set Priority and DSCP tagging under traffic shaping rules at the same time together? If not, what are the differences between one over the other?

Yes.  But dscp does nothing (only setting value) at the mx itself (except for dscp 46)
