Hi,
I see that the new MX devices (105 ) as example, has 2 x SFP+ WAN ports AND 2x 2.5GbE RJ45 (1x PoE+)
does this mean that we can have upto 4 active internet links at the same time?
are there any limitations in this case? like load balancing/ VPN tunnels, ....
thanks
Solved! Go to solution.
The big limitation right now is that with current firmware, you can only use 2 of those WAN uplinks. See link above.

@ahmadtat : You can only use 2
Either to use 2x SFP+ WAN or 2x 2.5GbE RJ45 (1x PoE+)
you can use spf and rj45 but you need to set it on the local status page.
the default port behavior is "auto" selection based on the truth table doc. you don't need to edit anything on the mx local status page.
"The recommended method for physical reconfiguration of the WAN interfaces should be done when the MX is powered off."
Good to know, supose that was the problem why i had to edit it manually
Thanks for your reply..
is there any plan to allow more than 2 active WAN links in future firmware releases?
as this could be a selling point in my opinion.
in future firmware yes. no timeline as of right now.
