No MX Events in Security Center

I've noticed that when clicking on the MX Events tab in the security center it says "No MX events".

In the filter I have everything ticked.

The MX Summary tab for the last 2 weeks shows literally hundreds of thousands of entries:

The events used to show so I'm not sure why the MX Events tab is now blank?

We have the same issue when going to the Security Center under the Organization menu, when navigating through the 'Security & SD-WAN' menu for a specific network, it appears to work.

Raised with support on 15th August with a response of: "This has been confirmed as a software issue, and engineering has been notified."

So it does, thanks for that @jimmyt234

Could you please PM me when Meraki make you aware of a fix?

Many thanks

I will 100% forget to do that 🤣

I'd recommend you raising with support too, that way you will get case updates from them telling you when it is fixed!

Comes here often

It has been over 2 months since this was posted.  Has anyone actually had a resolution to this?  I have had a ticket in for over a month and the only response I get is below. The canned response is frustrating.

"The engineering team is investigating the case. Unfortunately, they have not provided any updates yet. Rest assured, this is being investigated, and we'll provide an update as soon as we receive any new information. If urgent attention is required, Enterprise customers may call the Support Hotline using the numbers on our website https://meraki.cisco.com/support or you can find the number on dashboard Help >> Get Help at the top right corner. When doing so, please reference the case number and have your Cisco Meraki customer number ready."

This mirrors the update I received this morning:

Apologies for the inconvenience and the time it is taking to resolve this. Our development team is actively working on this issue.

I will share any updates via the case as soon as they become available.
