Meraki Tunnel error

Hi

I want to establish  a tunnel  from my CDP Usa Meraki  to other  Meraki  client . but Icant get to come up  the tunnel

would I  do to have to create in cpd meraki a internal ip 192.168.1.0/24 ?

i can´t see log of them .

The configuration is the same of both side and the shared key is the same
