MX67HW appliances unable to upgrade from the cloud - port 80 issues

So I know the devices need to connect to the Meraki cloud via 443. They all currently are running version 16.16, and the docs say it should default to 443, but i'm monitoring the traffic at my edge firewall, and the devices are sending out via port 80. I can't figure out where to find/change this setting.

There are other communications that can use port 80:
