MX67 Device disconnected

Hi! Our firewall was originally setup by an outside company (we no longer have contact with them). We moved our office and got a new internet provider. What steps do I need to take to get the device to show up on the dashboard again? The firewall currently shows an Amber light and the ports are all flashing green. I have read the Troubleshooting page that it references, but am coming up short on next steps. This is basically a hands on learning experience for me.

Do you know if it had a static IP on the WAN port? If so and you changed ISP's you will need to either reset it to use DHCP or a new static if this new provider is providing one.


You can set the WAN IP using the local status page of the MX
