Hi! Our firewall was originally setup by an outside company (we no longer have contact with them). We moved our office and got a new internet provider. What steps do I need to take to get the device to show up on the dashboard again? The firewall currently shows an Amber light and the ports are all flashing green. I have read the Troubleshooting page that it references, but am coming up short on next steps. This is basically a hands on learning experience for me.
