MX64 Firewall not allowing saving a configuration with a rule to pass camera traffic

I'm able to access an Axis security camera over port 80 when on the local LAN at 192.168.1.38 however when trying to access it via the Internet thru a MX64 I can't get a connection and since another resource is reachable using port 80 I've tried port 81, 135, 8080 but still don't seem to be able to connect.  Tried TCP and UDP but no difference.  When I remote into a device on the LAN I am able to access it over port 80 without issue.  Any ideas ?

Kind of a big deal

Are you able to show your port forwarding config?

As well, check that the default gateway is set up on the camera correctly.

I would be surprised if the camera only needed port 80.  Most need additional ports for the video streaming.
