MX250 problem with Internet ports

Hi,

I made the installation of a MX250 but I had a problem with the Internet port with a SFP-TX module - not possible have a link - I tested the SFP with another MX and SFP is OK - we change the MX250 with a new one = same problem - the uplink is connected to a Cisco router - I have this configuration with another customer and it works fine - any idea if it is a known problem ?

We change to auto to 1 Gb full duplex = not solved

Maybe it need to update first. Can you try fiber sfp or 10Gbit sfp+ or dac?

Ok thank you for you help - SFP fiber 1G works fine except UTP - I will upgrade the appliance then

Hi Jeio, Did you get this resolved? I have had a similiar issue with a Meraki copper SFP not fitting properly in an MX250 Internet 1 port. We tried a Cisco GLC-TE and it fits snug. The same Meraki SFP works in the lan ports.
