We have a active support case which says it's a visual bug but there has been no progress getting further since November.
Just curious if there is someone else that experience this issue before?
Best regards,
Solved! Go to solution.
I also have a customer with this issue. However after changing a bunch of VLAN's and routes it went away magically.
Support said they will be implementing a bugfix in a coming release.
The bug is purely visual since the fans are actually blowing at normal speeds.
Need way more detail than what you have provided.
I don't have much more information, we are running the latest stable firmware and it's a MX250 device. Let me know what more information you need?
I was more curious if there are more people experiencing the issue
I personally don't believe it is a coesmetic bug. I would insist on doing the RMA of the MX.
Do you visually see both Fans working?
I'm with @alemabrahao - verify if all the fans are running.
I have some MX250s I look after, and they don't display that error.
I second @alemabrahao although I would close your current ticket and open a RMA otherwise if you try it do it via the open ticket you probably won't get far as that person has already made their mind up.
RMA process is quick and you should have a replacement in your hands in less than a week.
Thanks for you're response
Yes from what we can see and confirm both the fans are working
Hi Oscar,
It could be a cosmetic bug. I suggest to call in with that case and have the Support Engineer tshoot live with you. I have seen some cases like this, where it is a cosmetic error.
Cheers,
Ivan
