MX series vs Z series devices
Hi everyone!
Hope you are doing good!
Can someone share a quick comparison between MX & Z series appliances? Is it just the use case and number of WAN links that differentiate each device type, or are there features available in the MX series that are not present in the Z series?
I couldn't find an article that compares both devices, so I'm bringing it up here.
Thanks in advance!

The Z series are more home/road-warrior user devices. Then there are the differences in port capacity and WAN port capacity as you’d already mentioned

Are the security features on a Z device the same as those in an MX appliance?

The security features are license dependent.
