MX Static IP Site-to-Site VPN with MX Dynamic IP

Is it possible to have a MX Static IP Site-to-Site VPN with MX Dynamic IP?

Trying to save money on a small remote office that needs Site-to-Site VPN, they want $20.00 a month just to have a static line.

Typically you use AutoVPN (if both MXs are in the same organisation).  Each MX registers its public IP address with a VPN registry, so both ends can even have a dynamic IP address and it will still work.

As mentioned above, one of the advantages of Meraki Auto-VPN is that it takes care of this automatically.
No need for a static IP address.
