MX 64 change LAN IP Address

I find a lot of information on how to change the WAN IP address.  But how do we change the LAN IP address.

Assuming you are talking about the default single VLAN, for a routed mode MX, you just click on the single VLAN (192.168.128.0/24) and then edit the subnet and IP in the window that pops up.

Click on Security & SD-WAN / Addressing & VLANs

Scroll down to Routing and click on Single LAN settings, you will get a box as below, choose a new MX IP and matching Subnet, the press Update

@Gentek  LAN interfaces are configured using the Merkai Dashboard, the only interface you configure on an MX is the WAN interface so that the device has internet access.

 

From there the dashboard is your next stop.
