MERAKI MX64W - Factory Reset

I have MERAKI MX64W it was connected and working properly. MERAKI account created more than 4 years and I'm not able at all to remember or recover the user name and password, the best way is to reset the device to factory defualt.

More than a week and I'm trying to reset the device but no way. I tried 30-30-30 but not working as well I tried the normal reset as per MERAKI website but also not workig.

Is there any solution to this case

If you can not get access to the dashboard then a factory reset is pointless. It will just reload its old config back again.

Without Dashboard access the device is a throw away.

As Philip mentioned a hard reset won't fix your problem the device is registered to the organisation. Your only option is to provide proof of ownership to the support team which I hear is a long winded process.

It would be faster to just buy a new device and start a new organisation

This advice may be too late, but

1 use a password manager.

2 Grant access to a backup admin.

I follow these two rules for everything that is of critical importance.
