Limit VNC access traffic by VPN

I made this block on my lan network, however, I also need to block this via VPN.

The application is VNC via port 5900.

Can someone help me to do this on my MX84.

Go to sts vpn settings.

On that vpn firewall add.

Deny  tcp ,source any, port any, destination any or vnc ip,  port 5900

So, in this case I need to limit traffic and not block it.

On the other locations you can create traffic shaping rules for port 5900

But won't it just work for a LAN?
