Is AutoVPN formed between Meraki peers based on IPSEC protocol? And what will be the preferred IKE version(V1/V2).

@Inderdeep , Thanks for the response. My Meraki MX80 cannot be upgraded to versions above 15. So it will not support IKEv2. So when it participates in AutoVPN will it use IKEv1 to form the tunnels.

@Inderdeep : In the document it was referring to Non-Meraki peers. Could not find any document for Meraki Peers. Any possible way to check in logs to know the IKE version to confirm.

You can take a look at this White Paper from 2020, regarding AutoVPN formation.
