Integrated Cellular issue with Free ISP (France)
Hello,
My MX with integrated cellular still in connecting status with Free ISP (French operator).
When i try with another SIM Card from another provider (Vodaphone) it works.
The Free SIM Card works in a mobile phone.
The Free ISP don't use the same frequency than Vodaphone, perhaps it's the clue.
Do you have any idea ?
Thanks

Meraki does not have any mx with 5g support. I believe the build in cellular is similar to a mg21

ok, i didn't know for the 5G. I took a look to the documentation, you are right.
For 4G frequency:
Vodaphone use 800,1800,2100 and 2600
Free use 700,1800,2100,2600

Also note that sometimes you have to forcibly configure the APN on the MX (under the uplink tab).
You would need to ask the carrier what APN you should be using.
