MX67C-WW
Hi, I was hoping I could get some advice on an issue we are experiencing with a Meraki MX67C-WW device. We have it connected to an internet circuit and 4G. When we see the primary internet connection fail, traffic is then re-routed over the 4g secondary circuit as expected.
The issue is we do not see the traffic fail back to the primary internet circuit when it comes back online; should this automatically failover?
Not sure if this is may be a hardware issue, and if so would like to know if it is possible to generate a "show tech" equivalent for TAC support.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated 🙂

Yes, traffic should automatically fail back to WAN 1 when it is up. You may need to change WAN failover behaviour to Immediate rather than Graceful (Connection Monitoring for WAN Failover - Cisco Meraki)
Other that that, reach out to support as you have already suggested. No show tech required, just give them a ring and they will troubleshoot with you!

As is said above, check your WAN failover behaviour.
As a side note, if the network is templated, you can't change the behaviour. It is hard configured to graceful.
