How to allow Whatsapp?

Best regards! There was an inconvenience in 2 branches of my company. 2 of the devices in their previous versions, did not include WhatsApp as a social network in "All social webs and photo sharing". The 2 meraki devices had an update, going from MX 14.53 → MX 16.14. Now, WhatsApp is included as a social network in "All social webs and photo sharing" but it turns out that many of the employees use WhatsApp to contact customers. The question is, is there any way to exclude whatsapp from "All social webs and photo sharing"? This is in order to block all other social networks except whatsapp. Thanks

So you will need to block the specific services one by one.  And not "all"

@Yonairo_Argu : You'll likely need to use layer 7 firewall rules to allow/block the IP ranges or DNS names the service uses. or just allow

whatsapp.net

whatsapp.com

Greetings! But layer 7 rules do not allow you to configure an allow rule, only to deny

@Yonairo_Argu : That's correct but i think if it is not denied then it is allowed !

But, we need to block all social networks except whatsapp, but, whatsapp is included in "All social webs and photo sharing". So, we would be blocking whatsapp too, and the idea is to allow it.
