Flat Line on Live Data and with Loss with MX450

Hello, 
We are experiencing a flat line on our uplink traffic and high loss rate every time we are having a webex conference meeting with about 200-300 participants. 

We have 2 ISP with 1Gbps each , then my traffic on the graph is just 300 to 400Mbps on both WAN1 and WAN 2.
What can I do to minimize this trouble.

Have you tried creating a traffic shaping rule for Webex?

What firmware release is this device on?

Did you try running latest stable firmware or latest rc?

You probably have not set the downlink end uplink maximums speeds on your MX (traffic shaping page).
So you are overloading your ISP and he is dropping packets for you causing spikes in your upload.

Make sure you set your up and downspeed correctly on the MX uplink and then setup your traffic shaping rules accordingly.
