Hello,  We are experiencing a flat line on our uplink traffic and high loss rate every time we are having a webex conference meeting with about 200-300 participants.  We have 2 ISP with 1Gbps each , then my traffic on the graph is just 300 to 400Mbps on both WAN1 and WAN 2.
