Different Security policies on 2 MXs in the same organization?

I'm turning up a new site and will link it back to the main office with a site-to-site VPN (split tunnel).  Both sites have Advanced Security licenses.  Can I have different security policies at each site, even though they're both in the same org?

Yes, the policies are defined by the network that the MX is in, the only org wide restriction is that all MXs must have the same level of license, as yours do.

@ShawnL : Yes  correctly said by the legend @cmr and even you can use templated for multiple MX with different or same security policies.

If you use a template the security policies will be identical and can not be changed.
