Device utilization on 16.4

Has anyone noticed an increase in device utilization as reported in the summary report after upgrading to 16.4 ?

I'm consistently testing beta fw on this MX64, this is the first time I'm seeing such a behaviour.

@antonis_sp same here for an MX65 going from 15.42 to 16.4:

same here on a unit that basically doesn't do anything
