Client Whitelisting Limit?

Is there a time limit for client whitelisting?

Because some VIP clients on our network got disconnected, and as we check their records they are whitelisted before but now they went back to normal.

@Lourdes - there is no time limit - it should be perpetual.  Has their device re-registered with a MAC change per chance?

Has anyone made any configuration changes that you're not aware of?

No there is no change in the configuration.

Not sure but I most of them are Apple devices.

Educated guess: could this be caused by Apples MAC address randomization feature? Does that device still have the same MAC address after it got disconnected?

Maybe. I need to check monitor this first.

Thank you so much for the help.
