Bandwidth and policies groups

I have a bandwidth of 5M / 1.5 here in the attached capture my distribution according to the policies groups 
this breakdown is good?

Hard to answer.  It is specific to your environment about how you split up your bandwidth.

@sj093 my only comment is that you seem to be giving most categories almost full bandwidth, and one more than full.  I'd normally expect less for each category, but without knowing what they are it's hard to say.
