3rd Party VPN, warm spare and cellular failover

I have 2 MX67s, a cellular gateway, and an internet link.  I will be configuring access via (1) autovpn to other Meraki sites (2) Direct Internet Access -DIA (3) 3rd party VPN.

Both MXs will connect directly to the cellular gateway and internet.  I am configuring VIPs on the WAN links.  I know the AutoVPNs and DIA will failover between MXs and between WAN links.

Will the 3rd party VPN also provide the same failover functionality?

The 3rd party VPNs will use the VIP and can failover between MXs.  Note they can't usually failover between different Internet circuits.  Also, note that running third party VPNs through a cellular gateway can be dicey.
