wesite not loading behind Meraki GO 20 FW

Hi All, i have an issue where im logging into a web site which is fine and is https://app."URL".com and then have to click a second link https://app."differnt URL".com/# ( notice the # is there by default if it makes any difference) on the same site but the site just keeps flashing and the page  doesnt load. I have tried this same site on multiple PCs on the same network and same result and have tried externally and works fine. Ive removed the AV and same result so last thing is the FW. but with the GO FW the GUI is very basic and cant even see how i can whitelist this APP URL ... any suggestions welcome

Hello Mark,

Have you tried switching the DNS configuration of the client to use a different DNS server to see if it resolves your DNS query?

If you have a Meraki GO security license claimed on this network, can you try disabling the security settings and see if the URL resolves?

Does the webpage load if you attempt to navigate via the website's public IP address rather than its URL?

Does the same behavior occur when navigating to the URL from a client connected directly to the GX firewall (connected directly to one of the GX's ports)?

thanks for your reply ...

Changed all different DNS options and no joy 

i dont have any Meraki Security on my G20

unable to access via IP 

i have tried while connected to the FW and same issue ?

but ive just figured it out and youll love this the time on the server was 5 mins behind and when i resync'd the network it bloody worked 🙂

IT sometimes really kills me 😞
