Non Responsive Support

Does anyone else have an issue with Meraki Go Support? I understand it's limited support, but I've had a case open since 2/28 regarding the security license not working and just get no response at all despite daily follow up to the case asking for status.


Again, I dont expect a high level of support but this is useless.  Others have similar experience?

I have not had to contact them recently, but when I have in the past, they’ve been very good.


I wonder if it got mixed up in their ticket queue. Could you try opening a new one?
